We would like to inform you that we will be upgrading our support tools to better serve you. As part of this upgrade, all customer-facing ticketing portals will be temporarily inaccessible from Wednesday, August 14th at 18:00 until Friday, August 16th at 10:00.
During this period, any customer attempting to access the portals will be redirected to a temporary message with instructions on how to raise a case via email.
