• The API may be unavailable for up to 5 minutes at a time, occurring up to 3 times within the maintenance window.
• Recommended: During these brief outages, API calls may fail. Please make sure you have a retry logic in your applications to automatically handle failed requests.
• Important Note: Mobile data services provided by Connect API will not be affected.
