Dear Customer,
To minimise the service impact to our customers, 1GLOBAL has applied a network configuration change to allow users to connect to a different network in India.
This configuration change has now been applied, and users should now be steering to the new available network automatically.
Users should keep their devices connected to allow the delivery of the necessary Over-The-Air (OTA) updates. If for any reason, the eSIM fails to connect, we advise users to reinstall the eSIM, as the new installation will come with the necessary configuration out-of the box, without the need for new OTA deliveries.
