Issue

We are currently experiencing difficulties in service registration in the following geographies:

  • France,
  • Indonesia,
  • Germany,
  • Denmark,
  • Canada,
  • Lebanon,
  • Norway,
  • Serbia.

Devices will lose connection intermittently, moving from in service to out of service.

The 1GLOBAL major incident team detected that these registration errors are coming from one of our external partners, for which we have already escalated a critical ticket.
