Planned Maintenance Affecting Subscription Operations from 2026-06-20 22:00 BST to 2026-06-21 01:00 BST

We would like to inform you of a planned maintenance activity being performed by one of our upstream providers. The maintenance will take place on June 20, 2026, from 21:00 UTC until 00:00 UTC on June 21, 2026.

During the maintenance window:

• Network services and customer connectivity will continue to operate normally.
• Webhooks will continue to be delivered as normal.
• New customer registrations and plan purchases will be unavailable.
• Subscription activation, cancellation, and expiry operations will be temporarily unavailable.

Subscriptions that experience first usage during the maintenance window may remain in a Pending First Usage state until processing resumes. This will not affect customer connectivity, and subscription statuses will be updated once the maintenance activity has been completed.

For subscriptions that were already active before the maintenance window, usage and depletion processing will continue as normal.

To avoid any disruption to customer journeys, we recommend postponing plan purchases and subscription lifecycle operations until after the maintenance window.

This maintenance activity is being carried out by our upstream provider as part of their regular platform maintenance program.
