SMDP+ API integration - RSP Infrastructure Change - AMS from 2026-09-10 18:00 BST to 2026-09-10 18:00 BST
Updates
Dear customer,
We are writing to inform you that we will change our service IPs on the following maintenance windows:
Maintenance Window:
Amsterdam Site
• September 10th, 05:00PM UTC
This only affects customers who have full SMDP+ API integration. If you only use the RSP UI management portal, this change does not affect you.
We have sent an email to customers over the last 2 days with our domain and IP information.
If you have full SMDP+ API integration, you will need to whitelist the new IPs in order to avoid any disruption on your service
Service Impact if New IPs Are Not Whitelisted:
ES2+ access (MNO → RSP)
You must whitelist the new ES2+ IP addresses to continue managing profiles. Without this, you will not be able to perform actions such as generating new activation codes or checking profile status.
Existing activation codes and eSIM downloads (ES9+) are not affected.
Notifications (RSP → MNO)
If you restrict inbound traffic, you must whitelist our new notification IP addresses. Otherwise, you may not receive profile notifications.
The impact depends on how you use these notifications, for example, if you rely on them to trigger service activation, your service may be impacted.
If you have any questions or concerns, please raise a support ticket in our RSP Service Desk, or send a reply to the individual email you may have received over the past 2 days.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to improve our services.
Best regards,
