Planned RSP Infrastructure Maintenance – Failover to Amsterdam from 2026-11-09 22:00 GMT to 2026-11-10 22:00 GMT

We are writing to inform you of planned RSP maintenance, with no expected impact on your services.

Maintenance Window:
Start: November 9th, 10:00 PM UTC: RSP traffic will be moved to our Amsterdam Data Centre
End: November 10th, 10:00 PM UTC: traffic will be reverted to its normal routing

During this period, our RSP platform will run from our Amsterdam site. We do not expect any downtime or service disruption, and your services should remain fully operational.

Action required: To make sure service continues without interruption, please confirm that your systems allow traffic to and from all 1GLOBAL IP addresses, including those of our Amsterdam site.
